Back to Work...

Well I had to go back to work today after having 2 weeks off. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I took Ryker down to mom's and he was so excited to see her I didn't feel bad leaving him. I think he was getting board with me anyway...
It is nice to have mom back from her cruise! I think she missed Ryker more than anyone. But one thing is for sure, he knew she was missing. Every time we would go to her house he would look around for her. He seemed so confused.

Unfortunately I didn't get any scrapbooking done while I was off. But I still had a great time! Ryland had one week off with me and though we didn't do a whole lot we still had fun.

8 Months Old Today!

Ryker is 8 months old today! Wow how time flys, I can't even believe it! Last week he broke through 2 teeth. It is funny because if you try to look at them he sticks his tongue over the top of them. What a tease! It seems as though he gets bigger everyday. Each day he learns something new. The other day he started to wave bye-bye. He will also clap his hands when he gets excited or when you do patty cake. Who ever knew having a baby could be this much fun???

Mother's Day

Yesterday was Mother's Day. We had a great day! Ryland was so thoughtful!!!! He bought me a diamond necklace!!! Ryker had a little help from daddy, he picked out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings!!! I was soooo spoiled! I feel so lucky to not only have a wonderful husband but to have a wonderful little boy!

Ryker made my day though... he said mama for the first time... and contined to say it all day long!! It was so cute! Now he says mama & dada over and over, it is awesome!
